Rainbow Japanese Sponge cake

60g butter
80g flour
A pitch of salt12
125ml milk
5 eggs yolk

5 eggs white
100g caster sugar
1/4 tsp og cream of tar tar

5-6 colors

Cream puffs

Choux pastry:
57g unsalted butter
120ml water
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 eggs

Cream filling:
120ml whipping cream
30g icing sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
