Rainbow Japanese Sponge cake

60g butter
80g flour
A pitch of salt12
125ml milk
5 eggs yolk

5 eggs white
100g caster sugar
1/4 tsp og cream of tar tar

5-6 colors

Cream puffs

Choux pastry:
57g unsalted butter
120ml water
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 eggs

Cream filling:
120ml whipping cream
30g icing sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Egg tarts

2 eggs
60g sugar
70g hot water
130ml milk
1 slide pandan leaf
1 tbsp milk powder
1 pitch of salt

Mini Pumpkin cupcake

160g Pumpkin paste
160g cake flour
80g butter
4 eggs
100g sugar
30g corn flour
1tsp baking powder
40ml skimmed milk
A pitch of salt

Method:

1. Beat the butter and sugar.

2. Add the eggs

3. Shifted cake flour, corn flour, BP & salt into the mixture.

4.Add pumpkin paste and milk into the mixture

5. Scoop the mixture into the paper cup (3/4 full).

6. Bake for 25-30 mins @ 180°C

Korean tapioca sesamw bread

1 1/4 cups tapioca strach
2/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1 egg
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tsp black sesame seeds

Baked @ 200°C for 25mins
