Red Velvet cupcakes

Cake:
60g Butter
120g Caster sugar
120g Cake flour
8g Cocoa Powder
1 large egg
1/4tsp Baking Soda

Frosting:
250g Cream Cheese
50g Icing Sugar
227g Mascarphone Cheese (optional)
100g Whipping Cream
1/2 tsp Vanila
